Operating System Requirements: Windows 10 (64-bit) Even though this FireWire Driver is described as Windows 8, it also works for Windows 10. Make sure the Echo 15+ Dock is directly connected to your computer. FireWire will not function properly if the Dock is down a daisy chain.
The Left and Right Audio Channels on the Echo 15+ Dock are reversed in both the front and rear.
To fix in Mac OS:
1. Open the application Audio Media Setup.
2. Select USB Advanced Audio Device.
3. Click Configure Speakers.
4. Under Left front speaker, select Front Right.
5. Under Right front speaker, select Front Left.
6. Click Apply.
7. Click Done.
