You need to upgrade to OWC 6G firmware version 5.0.2 (released March 13, 2012) or greater.

Apple's, Sonnet's, and most other copper Thunderbolt cables can be locked in place with the Sonnet two-connector lock.

In the case of using one copper Thunderbolt cable and one mini Display Port cable or adapter, the lock will secure the Thunderbolt cable without securing the mini Display Port cable or adapter.

Optical Thunderbolt cables are not supported at all with the Sonnet lock. The lock may not be used at all if one of the Thunderbolt cables is optical.

The steel mounting case effectively shields the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth antenna from effective use. For Wi-Fi, some customers have used the Edimax EW-7822ULC external USB 2.0 wi-fi adapter, or the faster Edimax EW-7822UTC external USB 3.0 wi-fi adapter. Sonnet does not have a recommendation for Blutooth.
