| Insert the reader first and then carefully insert SD cards without unplugging the reader, or insert the SD card into the reader and carefully plug in the reader without unplugging the SD card. If you are inserting an SD card or the inserting the reader, and at the same time the other unplugs, then a kernel panic may result. |
