871 I can't boot over 10GE from my cylinder Mac Pro.Nov-29-15
Please upgrade the EEPROM firmware adapter using the following instructions. This upgrade will address the Mac Pro cylinder boot issue.

For Mac OS X customers upgrading in the field:

1) Install the Mac OS X Myri10GE driver.
2) Download the myri-eeprom-1.4.59.mcp2 and the mac myri-tools tarball.

3) Untar the mac myri-tools tarball.
4) Run 'sudo sysctl -w net.myri10ge.enX.enable_10gtools=1' where enX is the name of device for the Myricom adapter.

5) Run 'sudo ze-upgrade myri-eeprom-1.4.59.mcp2' and reboot.

If there is a verification failure with the ze-upgrade command, please re-run the command.
